Andrew Kringlen serves as Campus Director at Way Church, bringing years of ministry experience and a deep love for people. A longtime worship leader, Andrew is passionate about creating spaces where others can encounter God and grow in faith. His heart for leadership extends beyond music, guiding teams and fostering community rooted in authenticity, grace, and purpose. Andrew’s commitment to Jesus and his desire to see lives transformed continue to shape the welcoming, Christ-centered culture of Way Church.

Jessamyn brings her passion for education and love for Jesus to Way Church as the leader of our Children’s Ministry. A dedicated local teacher, she has created a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment where kids can learn, grow, and experience God’s love. Her heart for nurturing the next generation shines through in her engaging activities and the meaningful connections she builds with children and their families. Jessamyn’s leadership is a blessing to our church, helping kids develop a strong foundation of faith and a lifelong relationship with Jesus.

Anne brings extensive experience from both local and international missions, shaping Way Church’s hospitality and missional focus. As leader of the Hospitality Team, she ensures every Sunday is a warm and welcoming experience for all who attend. Her leadership extends beyond hospitality, often serving as a service leader during worship. Anne’s heart for people and passion for serving reflect her deep commitment to building a church community that embodies Christ’s love. Her dedication and joy are a blessing to Way Church, helping create an environment where everyone feels valued and at home.

Tina leads the Building Team with excellence and dedication, overseeing everything from maintenance and improvements to cleaning. Her care ensures that every aspect of God’s house is well maintained, creating a welcoming and functional space for all. More than managing a building, Tina sees her role as creating an environment where lives can be transformed and God’s presence can be experienced. Her servant-hearted leadership and joy in serving are a blessing to Way Church, helping make the church a place where people feel cared for and ready to encounter God.

Donovan brings over two decades of experience in the music industry, along with a passion for creating worship experiences that connect hearts to God. His expertise and creativity shape services that are both spiritually enriching and visually engaging, drawing people into meaningful encounters with Jesus. He strives to help make worship at Way Church a transformative experience that deepens connection with God. Donovan’s commitment to excellence and his heart for glorifying God through music and creative expression are a true blessing to the church community.
